URGENT: Mom facing homelessness has abortion scheduled Saturday Feb 13th

85.1 %

I am terrified that we'll be homeless again.

We were put in touch with a 9-weeks pregnant mom, Amanda. She has an abortion scheduled for Saturday, February 13th.*

She and her children were homeless in 2020 and were only recently able to afford a lease. Upon finding out that she is pregnant and experiencing extreme pregnancy symptoms, Amanda became too sick to continue working. Without a stable income, she is worried that the only way she can continue to provide for her family is to terminate the pregnancy.

Amanda shared that she is still traumatized by a previous abortion and does not know how she could survive another. She wants to choose life, but without the means to provide for her family, she is terrified of the poverty they will be forced back into.

Let Them Live has the community and the resources to help Amanda confidently choose life without fear of financial instability for her children. We can be the support she needs until she is able to provide for her family as a single mother.

Here are the expenses that our crisis pregnancy counselor identified so that she can safely keep her baby:

Housing + Utilities

Car payments
