Donation Refund Policy

Let Them Live supporters are key to our mission of helping abortion-minded women choose life for their babies. With your support, we are able to directly apply funds to moms who need assistance now in order to choose life. Generally, a donation to Let Them Live is not refundable. We will analyze all requests for a refund, and decisions on refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Circumstances for Refund

Let Them Live will consider a refund in these circumstances if a donation
refund is reasonably requested:

• We will refund your donation if there was an error made by Let Them Live.
• We will refund your donation if the donation was made unknowingly, for example if a donation was made with a lost or stolen card.
• We may refund your donation if you accidentally entered the wrong
  amount.
• We may refund your donation if you accidentally created a monthly donation but intended to make a one-time donation.
• We may refund your donation in other circumstances similar to the above circumstances.

Refund Terms and Conditions

• To request a refund of your donation made to Let Them Live, you must request a refund within 30 days of making the donation. This includes
  refunds for monthly donations. Abortion-determined moms need financial support right away to choose life, and Let Them Live relies on the funds received from its donors to carry out its mission. Therefore, in all cases, Let Them Live will not be able to refund any donation if more than 30 days has passed since the donation was made.
• Let Them Live can only issue a refund to the same card or account from which the donation was made. This includes all credit and debit card payments, PayPal, ACH donations, and all other payment methodscurrently available.

How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please fill out our contact form and provide:

• Your full name used to make the donation,
• the email address used when making the donation,
• the date on which the donation was made,
• the amount of the relevant donation
• payment method, and
• any other relevant information.

Our team will use best efforts to review and respond to your request within about two business days of your submission. If your request is approved, we will process the refund as soon as we can. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days, or longer depending on your donation method, to be credited to your account.

Recurring Donation Cancellations

Monthly gifts from the Heartbeat Club play a major role in giving security and stability to moms and helping to save the lives of preborn babies. Gifts from the Heartbeat Club make it possible for Let Them Live to achieve its mission at scale, and we encourage supporters to continue giving monthly. To cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at info@letthemlive.org at least 5 business days before the end of the current billing cycle.
