Jordyn's Story

Jordyn battled depression for years while raising her kids. As the primary breadwinner, she worked hard to provide and still be present for her children, but this became an impossibility when Jordyn faced her crisis pregnancy.

Jordyn began to experience strong nausea and stomach pain which prevented her from working. Then, she discovered she was pregnant and immediately considered abortion. How could she keep up with her life while feeling such intense pregnancy sickness?

As Jordyn’s pregnancy symptoms worsened, her depression intensified and she began to drown in bills. Her financial situation would have deteriorated beyond salvation had your generous giving not supported her.

With your help, we were able to move Jordyn into a new apartment. This move put her in range of better job opportunities to pursue after delivery, and it was here that she was able to weather the worst pregnancy symptoms of her life with hope for a better tomorrow.
