Introducing baby Mina! Your donations helped her momma choose life and escape a dangerous home life!

Emma was close to aborting baby Mina when she contacted us. On her initial call, it became clear that Emma’s boyfriend was causing most of her anxiety surrounding pregnancy. His abuse and lack of care for their child created a split in Emma’s conscience.

When she talked about her situation the conflict was obvious: she believed that children were blessings, but her boyfriend was causing her to regret ever getting pregnant.

Right away, Emma’s Let Them Live counselor set her straight about her fears–they were valid but were misleading because they didn’t tell the full story.

Of course, parenting can be scary, and Emma was facing scary circumstances, but most of the associated fear was with what *could* (italicize) happen, not necessarily what would happen. And there were many pleasant unknowns that Emma didn’t anticipate.

She didn’t anticipate so much love and support. She didn’t anticipate having her life transformed by strangers.
