Brittney had just moved into her own apartment with her 3-year-old son, finally financially independent from her family. She worked a lot, but couldn’t imagine depriving her firstborn, KJ, of what he needed. Brittney’s world revolved around KJ, and he loved the moments when his mother was home.
Shortly after their move, Brittney discovered she was pregnant. This would have been great news, but the father of her baby wasn’t interested in parenting. Brittney and KJ were barely able to afford their current lifestyle, so she imagined that having another child would drain everything she had scraped and saved for.
The option of abortion played on Brittney’s mind, but not for long. While searching for alternative options Brittney discovered Let Them Live.
