URGENT: Alexis Plans a 4 DAY, 30 Week late term abortion funded by NAF August 27th-30th

Let Them Live is actively counseling Alexis, a 30-week pregnant mom with a late-term, four day out-of-state abortion scheduled for August 27th through the 30th*. NAF has agreed to fund the abortion, which is legal in Colorado for victims of domestic violence and abuse. We’re here to empower her to overcome her circumstances and choose life for her precious baby girl!

Alexis moved away to start fresh, but because she had children with her ex, Alexis had to get his permission. He agreed, but after he realized how challenging it would be to visit their kids, he pressured her to move back. When Alexis resisted, he threatened to cut off all financial support. They both knew that Alexis couldn’t afford to refuse. 

She moved back but at a huge financial loss. Moving twice within 3 months drained Alexis’s savings and she had no job to return to and no home. Before the move back, Alexis’ ex promised to help with the expenses but that turned out to be a lie.

All the power over her, that she had hoped to escape, has fallen back into her ex's hands. Taking advantage of this, he has started a custody battle for their firstborn. Without a job, a home, and savings to rely on, Alexis fears it's only a matter of time before she loses her son. 

In her mind, she can’t save her son from the abuse of his father. She’s worried she won’t be able to protect her unborn daughter from him either. But we can offer her hope and another choice!

While we can’t guarantee the outcome of Alexis’s custody battle, we can set her up for the best chance at keeping BOTH of her children. With safe housing, job counseling, and adoption into our community, Alexis won’t ever have to depend on her ex again.

Alexis can’t yet imagine a world in which her unborn daughter is better off being born, but you can help make it possible. Even if it’s just $5, by donating together we can stabilize Alexis and prepare her to face the challenges to come.
