Let Them Live is actively counseling a 12-weeks pregnant mom, "Melody". She has an abortion scheduled for Saturday, November 13th*.

“Melody” is 12 weeks pregnant and has an abortion scheduled for Saturday, November 13th. 

She has no support and is not financially able to support a family at the moment, so she has turned to abortion as a solution.

Melody was abandoned by the baby’s father after he cheated on her. He refuses to be involved in either of their lives, leaving her feeling hopeless. 

Although she works tirelessly, she barely makes enough money to cover groceries and rent. Melody currently lives a very frugal lifestyle to compensate for her low salary and does not have access to many accommodations. While she always budgets carefully, Melody knows she will not be able to afford anything for her baby, including prenatal care, hospital bills, and necessities like diapers and food.

After seeing her ultrasound, Melody is hesitant to abort. Her conscience tells her that this is a human life worthy of protection, but with the incredible stressors in her life right now, she is still heavily considering abortion to avoid intensifying her financial hardships. 

We are sure that with our support, Melody will gain the courage to choose life. If we can offer her financial and emotional assistance, Melody will see that abortion is not a real solution and we can give her a real, long-term solution. With your help, Melody can overcome her circumstances and build herself and her baby a future.
