URGENT: Planned Parenthood Pressures 13-Week Pregnant Mom into Scheduling an Abortion Saturday, December 18th

Let Them Live is actively counseling a 13-weeks pregnant mom, "Mia". She has an abortion scheduled for December 18th.*

Mia is 13 weeks pregnant and has an abortion scheduled for Saturday, December 18th. She called our crisis pregnancy hotline, crying uncontrollably, after walking out of Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood told her that an abortion would solve her problems so she could “move on” with life. But Mia told our counselors that, in her heart, she knows she wants to keep her baby. However, she’s terrified by the thought of raising a child alone.

When the father first learned Mia was pregnant, he became abusive. He wants nothing to do with Mia or their child, and told her that “she’ll be sorry” if she doesn’t get an abortion. Mia feels threatened and bullied by him. Moreover, Mia’s only family is out of state and is unwilling to provide any financial support. All the while, debilitating morning sickness is preventing Mia from working. Some days, she struggles to even get out of bed.

Mia, however, is a fighter. Despite the crushing burden of her circumstances, she has not yet given up. She’s confident that, when her morning sickness subsides, she’ll be able to start working again. We’ve reassured her that we’ll help find a suitable job and that, in the meantime, she has our unwavering support, both emotionally and financially.

Planned Parenthood wants moms like Mia to believe that abortion is her best and only option. With your help, we can ensure that she is not alone and help her make the choice she really wants to make—life for her baby son or daughter. Your support will give Mia the courage to choose life for the precious baby growing inside her womb.
