URGENT: Post-Abortive Mother of Two Schedules Abortion Thursday, February 10th

Let Them Live is actively counseling a 7-weeks pregnant mom, "Miranda". She has an abortion scheduled for Thursday, February 10th*.

Miranda discovered Let Them Live at the perfect time.

Mere hours after Miranda had scheduled her abortion appointment, she was scrolling through Facebook when she saw an ad for our page. She immediately contacted our team and was connected with a pregnancy counselor.

On her initial phone call, Miranda told her counselor that she had no choice but to get an abortion given her current financial situation.  She is behind on several bills, does not have a stable place to live, and is unable to secure a job due to her struggle to afford childcare for her two children.

Miranda kept insisting that abortion is her only option, and her counselor sensed that there was more to the story.

After assuring her that we are here for moms of all backgrounds, Miranda bravely shared how she had an abortion in the past. Through tears—she explained how she is still living with that trauma. Miranda’s counselor reassured her that she does not have to go through that experience again, but Miranda is stuck in her guilt and believes there is no other way to keep her head above water.

Miranda feels hopeless and scared but, together, we can empower her to build a better life for herself and her family.
