Recently, Paige’s battle with addiction has taken its toll. For years she has struggled to break free, but little by little her hope of this faded with every setback. Then, in recent months, her father passed away. This loss sapped Paige of any hope she had left of leaving her lifestyle of addiction, and her thoughts of freedom took a dark turn.

Paige began to make arrangements to end her life. Before she could put her plans into action, however, she discovered that she was pregnant.

Initially, the shock of this discovery brought Paige back from the brink of death. News of her pregnancy instilled Paige with a new confidence, and her love for her baby stopped her from committing suicide. But this confidence was short-lived. Now, Paige is as confused as ever.

She doesn’t want to end her life, or the life of her baby, but Paige fears that having another child will compound her struggles and give her no choice. At the same time, she feels that an abortion will catapult her back into the same dark place she was lost in before.

To complicate matters further, Paige is under pressure from the people she is closest to to “make the right choice.” Her own relatives, whom she lives with, are threatening to harm her if she gets an abortion and her friends are urging her to give her child away.

Now, Paige feels both confused and unsafe. With your support, however, I am confident that we can change that. Together we can remove Paige from her unstable living situation and show her that both she and her baby are precious and worthy of life.
