URGENT: Abandoned Mom Facing Eviction Schedules Abortion Saturday, January 29th

Let Them Live is actively counseling a 10-weeks pregnant mom, "Sophie". She has an abortion scheduled for Saturday, January 29th*.

Sophie is a single, expectant mother who learned that she is pregnant while still in a relationship with her ex-boyfriend. Sophie has always wanted children, but she imagined her life would be drastically different before she became a mom. Although she was nervous, she also felt excited and hopeful.

Sophie’s ex had displayed patterns of abusiveness throughout their relationship, and when he learned about the baby, he shocked her by moving out of their apartment and blocking all forms of communication.

Sophie remained strong and was determined to start fresh with her new baby, but recently she learned that her ex had not been paying rent for months. She faces both an impending eviction and a massive debt.

She wants nothing more than to choose life, but she doesn’t believe it’s possible in the position that he has left her in.

With your support, we can offer Sophie a hand up and out of the financial hole that she’s been forced into and offer her an opportunity to meet her new baby. We are committed to counseling her in community and building her confidence as a single mother.
