Let Them Live is actively counseling a 6-weeks pregnant mom, "Stella". She has an abortion scheduled for Friday, September 17th*.

“Stella” is 6-weeks pregnant and abortion-vulnerable. She and her family are living together in a house that is crumbling around them. Many appliances are dangerously outdated but they are not able to replace them. They do not have the funds to make any essential repairs needed to remain in the house or to find a new house and are on the verge of homelessness.

The father of her children is present but struggles to maintain a job due to underlying medical conditions. After having to quit work to take care of her kids, she is having a difficult time ensuring her family has what they need to thrive. She was refused unemployment benefits because caring for her children was not considered a legitimate reason to stay home. While they do receive food stamps, the amount is barely enough to get them by and their COVID relief is ending soon.

Stella acknowledges the humanity of the baby she is carrying, but has doubts about bringing a child into the world that she isn’t sure she can provide for. With your donation, we can make certain that Stella overcomes her doubts and does not make a decision she will regret in the future. We have the ability to help her confidently raise a family.
